I've configured my RV130W to have a IPSec VPN with settings:
NAT Traversal: disabled
Phase 1
ExchangeMode: Main
Encyption: AES-256
Authentication: SHA-1
DH Group: Group 2
IKE SA Life TIme: 3600
Phase 2
Locap Ip: Subnet
IP Address: My LAN IP range
Mask: Mask of the LAN
IP Sec Sa Lifetime: 28800
Encyption: AES-256
Authentication: SHA-1
PFS Key Group Checked
DH Group: Group 2
I have a user configured on the Users for the IpSec
I'm able to connect with Shrew client, but I'm not able to connect with my androiddevice, native vpn client and other vpns VpnCilla.
Any idea?
