Single machine can't access VPN or Web address of ASA

I have one machine that can't VPN to the ASA or connect to the Web interface of the ASA.  the log entry on ASA says Teardown and the reason is Reset by appliance.  The Anyconnect gives error code 0XFE47000D.  Anyone seen this before.

I found the answer, that particular machine is XP and XP by default does not support AES-128 or AES-256 encryption so it could not connect to the gateway with only those Encryption Algorithms turned on.  To this date I see no way to make that machine perform the required Encryption settings.
