The configuration looks fine, try running a packet tracer on the ASA:
packet-tracer input inside icmp 192.168.2.10 8 0 192.168.69.10 detail
Also check if the tunnel is up:
sh cry isa sa
sh cry ipsec sa peer <peerip>
If the packet tracer flow is allowed try taking a capture on the ASA:
capture test interface inside match ip 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.69.0 255.255.255.0
To see the capture:
sh cap test
Make sure you remove the capture after checking the traffic:
no cap test
The purpose of the capture is to make sure the traffic you are trying to send is actually getting to the ASA.
Following this troubleshooting steps we should be able to find out why the traffic is not working.
PS. i can't find your default route on the ASA.
