Site to Site VPN and Easy VPN Server - ASA5510

Hi Guys,

Currently, I have a hub-spoke VPN configuration using ASA5510 as Easy VPN server and Cisco 1800 as spoke device(Easy VPN Remote) as follows:

ASA5510 - Hub

Remote A(cisco 1800)- spoke - I have several remote offices at least 30 remote locations connected as spoke

Now, I would like to add more office remote location using the same cisco 1800 router as spoke and connect to the same ASA5510 appliance(as mentioned above)but using site to site VPN instead of Easy VPN remote. Is this doable on ASA5510 which has now acting as Easy VPN Server and create an additional VPN using site to site without affecting the current Easy VPN server set-up. Please advise

Hi,

The EzVPN server configuration on an ASA is exactly the same as when configuring remote VPN IPsec clients to the ASA.

So, I don't see why you can't configure Site-to-Site VPNs as well on the same interface.

It is like having L2L and remote-access VPNs terminating on the same interface of the ASA.
