Site to Site VPN, Bandwidth restriction based on traffic

I have a Site-to-Site VPN with the VPN's being terminated on ASA's at both the sides. Is it possible to apply QoS on the ASA, so that only 20% of the total VPN Bandwidth is used for SMTP traffic, while the rest of the total VPN Bandwidth is being used for remaining traffic?
