Site to Site VPN fails

We have a site to site VPN connection between 2x Cisco ASA 5505 which works fine, however occasionally the VPN stops passing traffic.  "sh crypto isakmp sa" and "sh crypto ipsec sa" shows the VPN as up but no traffic counters are incrementing..

If I reset the VPN it comes up again fine.. until the next time..

Please paste the configuration of sh run cry from both ASA's here. Also please let me know the ip address between which the tunnel is confiugred.

Are there any error messages thta come when the tunnel goes down.
