Site to Site VPN Setup ..Please this is urgent

i WANT TO CREATE THIS SITE TO SITE VPN ..So my freind send me to configure this paramaters , and i don't now how to configure for CLI ..please can any one help me how to set up

IKE Parameters

Key Exchange encryption  ===  3DES

Data Integrity / Hash Algorithm  ==  MD5

Diffie-Hellman group  phase 1 ==     Group 2

IPSec SA Lifetime (seconds)  ==  86400

IKE SA Lifetime (seconds  =   86400

IPSEC parameters

UDP encapsulation =   YES

PROTOCOL ==ESP

IPSEC  =3DES

DATA INTEGRITITY = MD5

PROTECT NETWORK === 192.168.80.0
