you need to enable split tunneling for this... if you enable split tunnels, the users will be accessing the internet through their local NIC card.. they will not come all the way to the Head office to access the internet.. Just to brief:
with split tunnels - only the traffic defined on the ACL will be allowed on the IPSEC tunnel. Internet traffic will flow through the local NIC card
without split tunnels - all traffic (incl internet) will flow through the IPSEC tunnel..
