SSL Anyconnect client install broke my Outlook Anywhere connection
I'm running Windows 7 x64 and had been using Outlook 2010 via Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTPS) to connect to my company's Exchange server for email. I recently needed access to our in-house VMware/UCS/Netapp lab and connected to our ASA and installed the Anyconnect SSL client. Once I connect, Outlook connects fine, but since I don't always require the VPN access, I need Outlook to work when I'm not connected via VPN. Now I cannot connect to my email UNLESS I'm vpn'd in which to say the least is insanely aggravating. I've duplicated the issue now twice and Outlook always works fine until the SSL client is installed. Once it's installed (even if I don't setup the initial connection to my work) Outlook no longer connects over https even if I uninstall the client.
