Can anyone help in setting up SSL VPN in an IPv6 environment.

Are you talking abaout the ASA? First you should read the release-notes of the AnyCOnnect-CLient to see what is possible:

Then you need to have IPv6 connectivita on your ASA configured. The easiest is to have IPv4 VPNs running and then to add IPv6 capabilities.
