Static Crypto Map - Redundant Peers

Hello,

Can I have a static crypto map be used for redundant peers using the same crypto ACL?

I have an ASA with a static crypto map to site A, but if site A fails I would like it to establish IPsec with Site B. Is this possible? Is there anyway to configure static crypto map for site redundancy?

Thanks,

Lee

Re: Static Crypto Map - Redundant Peers

Yes possible specify the isakmp key for both and in the ipsec policy specify the peers and turn on DPD (crypto isakmp keepalive). You should be able to flap between sites.
