Strange error recieving at VPN concentrator

We are getting an alert from VPN CON, after changing the PEER IP of a VPN.

I havent seen this type of error could anyone tell me why i am recieving it.

I maybe off base but my gut is saying look at the MTU size of the packet? Does that make sence?  IE: ip tcp adjust-mss 1400

I think there is a trunkation going on. Hope that helps. Just my 2 cents adj. for inflation.
