The subnet mask will have to be /24 ie. 255.255.255.0. This will however include hosts 192.168.100.1 -> 254 which is more than you want. If you want 150 hosts you have to use a class C subnet mask because the next one down ie. 255.255.255.128 only covers 126 hosts.
