I encountered the issue such as title whem I configured VPN on PIX using CA.
the details of commands are as follows:

pix-515e(config)# ca enroll myca 192.168.1.162

% Start certificate enrollment ..
% The subject name in the certificate will be: pix-515e.wafer.com
% Certificate request sent to Certificate Authority
% The certificate request fingerprint will be displayed.
pix-515e(config)# Fingerprint: 9363ab00 be2e361c 5f6a35a2 63decb21
The certificate enrollment request was denied by CA!
