two site-to-site VPN to the same servers

we have two sites which have each a VPN Concentrator, thes two sites are connected with a dedicated line

for each supplier we want them to be able to connect to both sites and be able to connect to the same servers.

we have some suppliers that have only on VPN equipment but we need to create a solution that enables the supplier to connect to the designated machines in each site.

Initially I imagined that each site-to-site VPN should have different IP's from the supplier (NATed),  but how to assure the supplier can access each server via both tunnels (with different IP's)

Supplier Machine -> Server A1 -> via VPN 1

Supplier Machine -> Server A1 -> via VPN 2

Supplier Machine -> Server B1 -> via VPN 2

Supplier Machine -> Server B1 -> via VPN 1

with this scenario the user @ the supplier machine can choose which VPN connection he chooses to use.

can you please give some help ?
