unable to access a site

We are unable to access a specific site online. Disabling websense does not resolve the problem so it's not it, it looks like it's the firewall.

packet-trace shows everything is ALLOW.

The only I do see is that we have a vpn peer to address where the first two octets match the ip address of the site we are trying to hit.

The traffic is hitting the inside interface of the firweall (ran a capture).

We know the site is up.

What's there to check?

We are running a 5520

1. Can you access the site from anywhere else?

2. Maybe the VPN peer's encryption domain definition (ACL) is configured incorrectly. Resulting in all return traffic going through the tunnel.
