updatevpn.exe

I run the PC Refresh team at Bell. We transfer user profiles and data between pc's using easy transfer. Recently we've been having an issue where the user logs on to the machine/network, and immediately gets a dialog requesting administrator credentials to run "vpnupdate.exe". Since the user's aren't administrators (policy), they get the dialog every time they log on. If I grant them admin rights, the dialog never appears, but when I take the admin rights back it reappears. All they have to do is click "no" on the dialog and it goes away, but I need it to go away for good.

VPN clients typically need to

VPN clients typically need to be run as Administrator in order to access their virtual adapter
and by DEFAULT, they always run at startup (including the update)

What I did on my end is simply, remove it from startup in the "msconfig" (im assuming it's windows)

PS: Upgrade to v4.0 if possible ^_^
