User authentication in VPN tunnel

Hello all,

Does anybody experienced the following problem:

1) There is a VPN tunnel between Cisco VPN Concentrator and Nortel device using pre-shared key.

2) All users connecting via this tunnel must be authenticated using Secure ID.

Is this possible or not?

No, this is something different.

What I need is User ID authentication of users who wants to connect over site-to-site VPN.

This is something like auth-proxy on remote site but interesting, if it's possible on VPN Concentrator using any Radius authentication feature.
