User from SSL VPN are unable to access the application which launched on Citrix.

Can some one help me on below mentioned issue.

. External users logging into SSL VPN to access the application via Citrix. They are able to login sucessfully to the VPN portal and also to the Citrix. But when they are trying to access the application via citrix, getting below mentioned error message.

1.) cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server. The Citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connection
2.) cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server. There is no route to the specified subnet address.

Is the smart tunnel enabled? If not , please enable it and try again.

Secondly,

Enable SSL/TLS on the Citrix server in client configuration. This is done in 'SSL/TLS' check box in the client setup on the Citrix server.

Try the above and let me know if it helps.

i have the same problem i can not open any application at citrix server.

someone say the it works without smart tunnel. i used image 8.4 at asa.

i can not find any solution with this issue.
