Using PFR for packet loss and latency with dual tunnel DMVPN

We are using phase 1 DMVPN with dual geographic diverse data centers.  One of our VPN tunnels is terminated in our data center in Missouri and the other is terminated in our data center in Arizona.  We regularly have issues with packet loss or increased latency to one of the data centers but not the other.  Currently we have a manual process to "prefer" one path over the other when those issues come up.  On any given day our internal enterprise applications might be hosted at either data center.  We have a default route to one data center but the traffic will always use the appropriate tunnel depending on where the application is hosted.

Recently I learned about PFR and was curious about using that to automatically adjust the traffic path based on performance metrics of latency and packet loss.

See attached file with sample configuration from our spoke routers.
