vpn 3000 concentrator Logging

I am not the best when it comes to Cisco Secutiy appliances, however we have an old VPN3000 concentrator here for numerous site to site VPNs. ALOT of old config still exsists as well as static routes to this device for VPNs. What i would like to do is enable some kind of logging so i can determine what vpns we actually use over say 1 month and which vpsn never come up, thus can be deleted. Just not sure where to start with this.

i figured it out but in a semi a crude way but it will work. I dump everything to a syslog server then filter out Phase 2 Complete. so im getting the info i need.
