VPN 3000 Concentrator to Nortel Contivity.

Hello,

I'm having a wierd problem with one L2L tunnel that I just can't

seem to solve. Our organization has a Cisco 3030 and we are connecting

to an organization that has a Nortel Contivity. The tunnel itself stays up

without any problems, however sessions within the tunnel seem to just

intermittently 'die' unidirectionally. IE.

When everything is fine;

Host A [CAN] talk to Host C

Host C [CAN] talk to Host A

Host B [CAN] talk to Host C

Host C [CAN] talk to Host B

When things go batty;

Host A [cannot] talk to Host C

Host C [CAN] talk to Host A

Host B [cannot] talk to Host C

Host C [CAN] talk to Host B

or;

Host A [CAN] talk to Host C

Host C [CAN] talk to Host A

Host B [cannot] talk to Host C

Host C [CAN] talk to Host B

I've attached the cisco 3030 log for when this happens;

---------

Any ideas?

Ive checked rekey timeouts, encyrption settings, network lists .. etc

Thanks,

Ben Frost

We seem to have a similar problem here between vpn 3030 and contivity 1400; the tunnel shows but but no traffic is getting out at cisco site (cisco is the initiator).

if you have any solutions please let me know

thanks
