Please try the following:
1. Try without sep-e cards. If it is working with software encryption we can make sure the problem is with the SEP cards.
2. Please check the memory status when the problem occurs: Monitoring -> system status -> memory status -> detailed memory report.
Please go to the concentrator -> configuration->user management-> groups - > select the lan2lan group which is affected.
