My lab VPN 3005 does not power up any more. When opened and saw on board, the R1 R2 R3 and Reset lights were blinking out of which R1(12V) was green, R2 ( 5V ) was red and other two were orange. Was wondering whether anything could be done or not ?
Seems like its dead. If you have a contract with Cisco, you should be able to get an RMA.
If you bought it outside from somewhere else, you might want to proceed in the avenue of getting an ASA 5505.
