VPN and CSPM

Can I use CSPM 3.1 to setup rules for VPN users and to verify and only allow those clients that have Firewall and Anti-virus software on the PCs to get in and not allow those that do not. If not is there any other package I can use.

I do not think this can be done on the CSPM 3.1 or for that matter any of the packages that are currently present.
