VPN Client 5.0.07.0290 Msg 412 Amtrak

I am having a problem connecting from Amtrak's Station Connect and Acela Connect. Receiving message 412. Connection through other WiFi works fine. The laptop OS is W2K SP3. Antivirus is Symantic Endpoint Protection. Also using eToken 4.28.1.0. Since most of the configurable settings are controlled by Active Directory group policy, I can't change much.

Looking for anyone who has had a similar experience, specifically with Amtrak.
