VPN Client behind a pix

I have a VPN client configured behind a pix connecting to a remote 3005 concentrator. The tunnel is established fine but I do not receive any traffic over the tunnel. The clients work fine at any other location except this one with the pix.

Are you using Transparent Tunneling on the vpn client, If so what protocol, udp or tcp

Hi Ryan,

I am guessing the vpn concentrator is not setup to check for connections that require udp encapsulation.

Try using Transport Tunneling, tcp port 10000 (check with concentrator admin what port they are using but usually it's 10000)

Alternatively you can enable "IPSec over NAT-T" on the vpn concentrator. This option is found under Tunneling and security ---> ipsec ---> nat transparency
