VPN Client Logon Xauth Windows Not Visible (Start Before Logon)

I am using VPN client 5.0.01.0600 on Windows XP SP2. It is configured for Start Before Logon.

When used in this mode it suggests I need to enter the xauth credentials but does not provide a Username/password window to allow me to do so.

Anyone know a workaround or why this would occur.

Roger,

I was messing around with ver 5 not to long ago, and I could not get that feature working...so I down gradeded to 4.8 and it works fine.

Sadly downgrading didn't change matters in this case. Still not able to see the xauth login screen when using Start Before Logon.

Any other thoughts ?

I've given up trying to get the xauth login box. Even a clean laptop rebuild did not resolve the issue with XP SP2 and latest graphic drivers.

Added user credentials to profile instead and ensured the encrypted password is stored in the profile.
