I have a couple of questions regarding VPN CLient 4.x and MIcrosoft certificates.
We have a customer which uses USB tokens to store users certificates issued by the internal Microsoft CA.
- The Cisco Vpn client show the user's microsoft certificate stored in the usb token but trying to use it directly produce a connection error . While if the certificate is imported (converted) to cisco it works. The VPN gateway is a PIX 515 . Is it a Gateway configuration problem or is it mandatory to import microsoft certificates and use the cisco version ?
- We also have the problem that when the original certificate is renewed and the USB token contains only the new certificate the IKE phase1 doesn't complete
