vpn client unable to connect to ipsec vpn configured on 2811 router?

DEAR EXPERTS,

WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT USING VPN CLIENT, IM UNABLE TO CONNECT AND ERRORS 412 AND 414 ARE APPEARING ON THE CLIENT END.

CAN YOU PLEASE SUGGEST ME A RESOLUTION FOR THIS HERE IM ATTACHING THE CONFIGURATION FILE.
