VPN in ASA 5510 7.0(7)

Hi all,

I have this problem as I cannot get a vpn tunnel up .

Phase one gets completed , but phase 2 dont and the debug output is this:

PHASE 1 COMPLETED

connection terminated for peer.

Removing peer from correlator table failed, no match!

Is it an ACL issue..what can it be?

Thanks,

Re: VPN in ASA 5510 7.0(7)

Hi,

Check the Crypto ACL on both the ends of the IPSEC Tunnel and make sure that they are mirror images of each other.

If you have already done that and still having issues, post the ASA Configuration along with ISAKMP and IPSEC Debugs.

Regards,

Arul

*Pls rate if it helps*

Hi ,

Thanks for this , I thought the same that the ACL night be the problem, but finally we realised that the peer lon teh other side had one crypto map defined but another one bound to the interface.

It works fine now , thanks.
