Did you ever have any luck with this? I'm trying also to get the new 5.0.01.0600 packaged and deployed, but the InstallShield version we previously used is apparently not going to be available any longer. I see in the docs how to create a transform to handle the customizations for the oem.ini file, but don't see anywhere on how to make the global configuration file (vpnclient.ini) for the client. When I include the vpnclient.ini file in the MSI package it just ignores all the settings and installs with default settings.
