VPN through NAT

if we are accessing the VPN- IPSec through the Home Network to Office Network, here in the office network we implemented NAT then how the VPN Conectivity will be? What kind of Problems we are going to face?

You can enable NAT-T (NAT Traversal) on the office VPN server, and that would encapsulate the ESP packet in either UDP or TCP with port so it can pass through NAT device (at your home office).
