i am not very sure what to check in this case...\
i have a VPN tunnel between two sites .. CISCO <==> Checkpoint . Every morning the when they try to remote desktop or log in to server the user is not able to do so .. getting time out or error ... can some one please advise what i can check to make sure things are good ... i did show crypto isakmp sa .. and it shows tunnel between two public ip .. active with connection Id ..
Please advise...
