VPN Tunneling, Routing

Hi there,

we have got the following problem:

One of our customers is connected via VPN-Software-Client. Our peer is a concentrator. We are using private IPs in the following range 172.28.0.0 to 172.32.255.255.

The customer is using IPs 172.16.0.0/13.

When the customer is using the tunnel a connection to a host 172.16.x.x in our net is possible. A connection to a host 172.32.x.x is not possible.

A ping to 172.16.x.x is shown in the logfile of my firewall (where all packages have to travell through). A ping to 172.32.x.x does not reache the firewall.

Thanks in advance.
