We configured the VPN tunnel is working fine. But now we have an alert from user that is VPN tunnel is up and sending traffic however we’re not receiving any traffic back.
Kindly help, what re the things needs to troubleshoot.
This is pretty hard to troubleshoot without seeing configuration but I would make sure you have routes on both sides for the remote subnets point to the tunnel (usually the outside interface). I would also make sure you have nat exemptions rules going both ways and you matching acls are the same on both sides.
