Hello,

I have to setup a new VPN to a site and their private IP is 10.40.0.0/23.  The problem is that already have a VPN to a site that has a private IP of 10.40.1.0/24.

Any help with this will be very much appreciated

I am running an ASA 5505 version 8.2(5)

Thank you for your help.

While we normally exempt site-site VPNs from NAT, we can use twice NAT for such situations. You will have to address their hosts by their NATted address instead of their real (native) address.

Here's a good link to an external article that explains how it's done with configuration excerpts and diagrams.
