VPN3060 - Usage of External LAN Interface

I current had public interface connected to Internet router and vpn client user can vpn to the concentrator and access the private network. I am looking at setup another interface (External) to connect to Extranet RAS where the trusted partner remote dialup users can dial in the RAS and VPN to the network.

Can I use the External LAN interface of the Concentrator for VPN ? Does it work/support ?

Yes . of course. You can use this interface for external RAS connectivity and configure the necessary things on this interface.
