I've an ASA 5520 with license as below:

Licensed features for this platform:

Maximum Physical Interfaces    : Unlimited

Maximum VLANs                  : 150      

Inside Hosts                   : Unlimited

Failover                       : Active/Active

VPN-DES                        : Enabled  

VPN-3DES-AES                   : Enabled  

Security Contexts              : 2        

GTP/GPRS                       : Disabled 

SSL VPN Peers                  : 2        

Total VPN Peers                : 750      

Shared License                 : Disabled

AnyConnect for Mobile          : Disabled 

AnyConnect for Cisco VPN Phone : Disabled 

AnyConnect Essentials          : Disabled 

Advanced Endpoint Assessment   : Disabled 

UC Phone Proxy Sessions        : 2        

Total UC Proxy Sessions        : 2        

Botnet Traffic Filter          : Disabled 

This platform has an ASA 5520 VPN Plus license.

The question is:

1- What's the maximum number of simultaneous Anyconnect users allowed? is it 750?

2- What the ASA 5520 VPN Plus license provide me?

1) When you install AnyConnect Essential license it's 750, yes.

And what about the VPN Plus license ?

At present the max simultaneous AnyConnect users is 2. You would need to purchase an additional license to increase the max for AnyConnect.

The VPN Plus license increases the number of VPN peers from 300 to 750. For details about licensing for ASA you can look at this link
