WebVPN on ASA / different Profiles

Hello, I hope somebody could help me. A customer of us would like to use the WebVPN feature of the ASA. Now we would like to configure different profiles on one ASA. One profile should only have access to URLS and the other profile should only have access to port forward applications.

How can I make different profiles on the ASA with WebVPN?

I have worked on VPN 3000 concentrators and have not come across of having mutliple profiles for the WebVPN. I am not sure if ASA supports this. May be with the help of ACS. Share the configuration if anyone has achieved this.
