WEBVPN portal not opening in few PC's

I have a ASA 5520 , with WEBVPN portal  but few users had "page cannot be displayed "  someone knows why it's happening??

It's a isolate problem in kind of 4 PC's ... i don't know why this is happening..... I need few ideas why this could be happening in some equipments

I would start by ensuring that the WebVPN portal URL is added to the trusted site list in your browser.  You will also want to validate what SSL encryption algorithms you have enabled on the ASA and ensure that the browsers on the machines in question can support them.
