Testing windows 7 in the corporate network with a single laptop not part of the active directory domain. Inside the corporate LAN, it can access all file shares without issue. Just gets the domain pop up to login and after entering correct credentials you have access to the files and directories.
The problem we have is when you VPN in with the VPN client (2811 ISR is the VPN router) it authenticates fine to active directory and puts the lock in the status bar. You can ping, RDP and access any internal website, but filesharing is not working with the VPN client.
IS there a known issue to this. I can not seem to find anything in the forums related to this problem and am wondering if anyone has any idea as to why filesharing is not working when this laptop is VPN'ed in.
This laptop is able to file share when it is insdie the corporate network, just not when it is VPN'ed in.
