Windows Remote Assistance Doesn't Work with ASA VPN "Local Users Only" Setting

We have support staff who work from home and connect to our business network using the Cisco AnyConnect SSL client ver 3.0.2052. These support staffers use Windows Remote Assistance to remotely connect to users to assist with troubleshooting issues.

Windows Remote Assistance will NOT work if the support staffer is attempting to connect to a user who is also connected to our business network using the Cisco AnyConnect client.

On our ASAs, we have "Local Users Only" configured. If we change this setting to "Allow Remote Users", then our support staff are able to successfully connect to the user with Windows Remote Assistance.

We prefer to keep "Local Users Only" configured for security purposes. I'd like to understand why it does not allow Windows Remote Assistance to get established between VPN clients (which worked fine when we used Nortel Contivity IP Sec clients). Any ideas?
