Someone was telling me that 1.1.1.1 address is routeable I thought it wasn't due to the face that it is a reserved address is that correct?

1.0.0.0 /8 is currently UNALLOCATED by IANA, that's why it's not routable.

thank you for the help and pointing me to the right place but I must be blind as I don't see the 1.0.0.0/8 I will check again

It's a little goofy, but it's the second line,
001 /8
Which really means 1.0.0.0 255.0.0.0.
