1800 WAN failover and failback

I have an 1800 that has redundant links. The links are ethernet. One link is 100Mbs to ISP#1, the other link is 10Mbs to ISP#2. When we have a problem with ISP#1 the link fails over to ISP#2 no problem.  But, when the 100Mbs link gets restored, the 1800 won't return traffic to the 100Mbs link. Could someone point me toward the proper documentation to fix this issue? Is it possible to make the 1800 prefer the 100Mb link and failback without using a routing protocol?

Yes - a simple ICMP IP SLA would fix this issue.
