1841 and failover

I have a multi-tenant building that has 30 customers and I am going to provide internet access to them using a primary link (30meg) and a secondary T-1 for failover. I want to give everyone a public static IP address that is on my primary gateway subnet (66.x.x.x). The WAN port will be configured with a public static ip (T-1 ISP has not given me the addresses yet) In case of failover will the 1841 route the public static IPs to the wan port and out the gateway? I know I probably need to give more info.

Thanks

Re: 1841 and failover

Integrated 10/100BASE-T WAN Ports

Offers flexibility to connect to various types of DSL broadband or cable access or Ethernet access. Additional capability to deploy redundant WAN connections for failover protections and load balancing.
