Re-load the IOS via ROMmon.  I suspect the IOS could be corrupt.

Hi Leo,

We have re-loaded and upgrade  same IOS  again after format flash. But router was working with "c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-2.T5.bin" .

We have re-loaded and upgrade  same IOS  again after format flash.

But if the IOS file in your TFTP server is already corrupt, what's the use?

We have downloaded fresh again and then upgrade in two 1905 router. But one of them crashing and another one show high memory issue.

Version 15.4(3)M7 is latest version, is it possible it used more memory to process that why the router crashing.

Hi

Verify the IOS hardware or memory requirements before to upgrade the device, it can be verified on the cisco website.

The IOS 15.4(3) requires:

DRAM 256 MB

Flash 256 MB

If your device is not created with this hardware specs the IOS will not be supported and it will not be loaded and error messages will be displayed.

Other IOS with less requirements could be used.

Hope it is useful

:-)

That was already verified, both DRAM/Flash are compatible
