where do i need to use this Comand:
int y/y
ip rip v2-broadcas
and in MST
if i need to make SW1 Root for Instance 3
the Command shoud be:
spanning-tree mst 3 root primary or priority 0??

ip rip v2-broadcast will force the router to send the RIPv2 as a broadcast... normally RIPv2 send update using multicast address...

Hi Ali,
In case of the MST, both commands should be OK.
spanning-tree mst 3 root primary
or
spanning-tree mst 3 priority 0
spanning-tree mst 3 root primary will not necessarily set the priority to 0, but to a lower value than the current root priority.
Please be aware, that setting the priority of SW1 to 0 will not make SW1 root if there is another switch in the network with priority 0 and lower mac-address than SW1.
