Hello,
I didn´t find the appropriate explanation for the 2620 so here is the file for another box:
It basically refers to a software error, if the memory address is not a valid one (like in this case). Thus the recommendation would be an IOS upgrade after searching Bug Navigator.
Hope this helps! Please rate all posts.

Look on the flash (dir flash:) and see if there is a crashinfo file. If there is, use the "more flash:filename" command where filename is to be replaced with the crashinfo name. Send it to me at answanso@cisco.com and I will take a look at it.

Hi Anthony,
Unfortunately, there is no crashinfo file in Flash: directory.

Hi Martin,
I have other similar boxes (both HW & IOS version), but so far this is the only box that exhibit this symptom and error message. Do you strongly believe that upgrading the IOS will resolve this problem? Please advise.

Santi

HI Santi,
There is a possibility that the IOS is the problem and therefore, it's always worth a shot to try a different IOS. However, if that does not fix it, you may have some faulty hardware which you will need to systematically troubleshoot for.
I suggest that you start with an IOS upgrade, though.
