Is it possiable to Use 4 Nos of Four port 10/100 Ethernet switch interface card (HWIC-4ESW=) in a 2800 series router.

yes as long as you use the correct IOS version.

But the data-sheet mentioned only 2 card per router. find the attached datasheet.

What router do you have? 2801?
If this is so, then you have no choice. Yes. No more than 2.
